We offer classes at West Grinstead, Lewes, Seaford, and Small Dole, BN5, and Storrington.

We ask for your home post code, however, if you are wanting to attend a class close to your place of work do please let us know which pool is nearest to you (if different from home).

Please say if you are looking for evening or weekday classes and the type of class you are looking for, eg Aqua Natal, Aqua Tone, General Aqua Yoga, Aqua Yoga 'Fit'  Aqua Walk or March, Aqua Cycle or Aqua Jog.

* Height & Weight - all information is confidential - we must ask for this information as we have pools of different depths and some steps into pool steps have weight restrictions which we must adhere to.
